Email delivery

Keep ClearClose out of junk mail.

Welcome-call confirmations, portal invitations, and document requests come from [email protected].

Outlook

Open Settings, then Mail, Junk email, and Safe senders and domains. Add [email protected] and save.

Gmail and Google

Import the contact above. If a ClearClose message appears in Spam, open it and choose Not spam.

Apple Mail, Yahoo, and other inboxes

Add the downloaded contact. If a message is in Junk or Spam, move it to the inbox and mark it as not junk.

Sensitive records

Email is for scheduling and notices. Upload statements, tax records, identity records, and other sensitive documents only through the secure client portal.
